Babe I'm Yours

Hey you!

Today I have the perfect combination of relaxing and chilling. I’m going to star with the song coming from the alternative, electronic British duo Whilk and Misky called “Babe I’m Yours”. This has a mesmerizing sound that mixes genres that to most of us seam incompatible. It combines minimalist trip-hop with a folk instrumental sound.  Spanish guitars, clapping percussion, inviting vocals that give the song an earthy quality, even thou the minimalistic production is more energetic. This is a prefect track to listen when you wanna chill, unwind, or if you want contemplate the meaning of life. Plus I really like this part "I got hypnotized by her voice and her eyes"

Now for our tea, that’s easy, Chill Baby Chill is the perfect and most logical choice. It’s a smooth, easy-to-drink herbal tisane that reduces stress & has detoxing ingredients. It has a perfect mixture of: lemongrass, spearmint, milk thistle seed, ashwagandha root (the Siberian ginseng), Holy basil Trinity (Rama, Vana & Krishna), eleuthero root (Indian ginseng), dandelion root, nettle leaf and burdock root. You know what it doesn’t have, actual ginseng :D. The perfect tea to unwind, take a deep breath and chill out.

Seashore

Hey Girls!

So today I feel like we should show the feminists in us and “rage” against the man.  And because of that I have the perfect song “Seashore”, coming from the American punk rock band The Regrettes. This track is for everyone that ever put down a woman just because of her gender or because they think someone is somehow inferior. Plus it has a nice vibe that gives you a bit of energy and I’ve got to say I love that guitar riff and drum kicks, not to loud but just enough to get the blood pumping.
And go watch the video for this track, it’s funny and powerful and it might make your day.

Now for the tea, my choice is going to be for us women, specially made of us. It’s called Women's Activity Tea Ayurvedic and it’s a special blend made from: orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, angelica root, dandelion root, cloves, juniper berries. This tea is used to combat stress, builds stamina and provides a natural sustainable energy. It has a full body aroma and a pleasant taste to go with all of those benefits.

S.H.C.

Happy Labor Day!
Well at least for some of you that celebrated it today.

Today’s track is coming from Foster The People and it’s their new single “S.H.C.” short for Sacred Hearts Club. It’s a track fit for the summer that is coming, it’s warm and it has a bubbly electronic touch to its sound. The song has easy and somehow the perfect lyrics that carry you smoothly into the choruses and bridges. Some of them will really stick inside your brain and they might even give you a feeling of joy in life.

As for the tea, I’m thinking that a will relax you and even give you a lot of benefits for your hair, skin, and even your nails health, plus some anti-aging help if you need it. It’s a fruity, fresh blend with a medium amount of caffeine that you can enjoy throughout the day. It’s called the BeauTea Bomb and it’s a mix of:  green tea, rooibos, yerba maté, hibiscus, lemon peel, dandelion leaf, nettle leaf, peppermint, burdock root, marshmallow root & raspberry.

Say Something Loving

Hey guys!

Today has been a cold day and I spend it in the house, drinking tea or hot coco and listening to music that fit the mood. Like the new track of The XX called “Say Something Loving”. It’s an electronic, indie a little alternative song that had me at the first few seconds. It’s melodic a little infectious that offers a simple yet frequently unnoticed take on romance and friendship. And this is the best part for me “Your touch stays on my skin/ I feel it start sinking in”. Give it a try, you might enjoy it.

And now when it comes to the tea, I found the perfect blend that will warm you up and reduce your stress. It’s called Winter Spice Tea, and it’s a combination of: Eleuthero root (also known as the Siberian ginseng), cinnamon, dandelion root, Astragalus root, orange peel, ginger, chicory root, licorice root, cardamom and some cloves. It’s a spicy, festive, delicious beverage that will live you wanting more.
