Hurricane

Hey guys!

Today I have for you a track that I’m not sure that all of you are going to like. It’s a metalcore, hardcore, progressive song from the British band While She Sleeps, it’s called “Hurricane”. I just love that guitar riff and the drums that just kick hard. Plus I love when that chorus comes and everything seems to go even harder. “It will take a hurricane” that’s just my favorite part.

As for the tea, something with spices will pair nicely with the melody. A Spice Redbush Hunter's Tea, how does that sound? It a blend of: rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, orange peel, cardamom, black pepper, coriander and raspberry pieces. It will energize you without the jitters from the caffeine.

Jenny

Hey!
A few days ago I found this song, „Jenny” by Nothing More (a progressive, alternative rock band from Texas), and I fell in love with it instantly. It’s a track that is so much more than just the music, in my opinion. The lyrics are impressive and the meaning behind them makes the song even greater. „And if that's what you need/To finally see/I'll be with you through it all”. There are so many emotions in those lyrics that you can actually feel the pain in the frontman’s, Jonny Hawkins, voice. He tells the story of his aunt, Jenny, who is schizophrenic and his sister, Jenna, who struggles with bipolar disorder and addiction.

The band is currently working on the anti-stigma campaign Bring Change 2 Mind with this song, to help end stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness.

For the tea, I’m going to choose one that goes with the theme. A green tea perhaps, like Blackberry Mojito Green Tea. That’s a blend of apple pieces, green tea, hibiscus, rose hip peels, blackberries, spearmint, cactus blossoms, plum pieces and raspberries. All the ingredients are known for helping with mental illness and that makes this tea perfect in this situation. Plus, it has a great taste, something reminding you of summer because of the color and the forest fruits.
