How about some alternative/punk rock today?
I’m listening to “Afraid Of Heights” by Billy Talent, a band from Canada. This
song has a catchy riff and a very good energy to it. It’s about following your
dreams and knowing that when you get knocked down you have to get back up. And
about so much more because no matter what happens “Together I know, together I
know/We could conquer the stars beyond this world”.
Because of the good energy of this tune, I’m drinking something that has the same effect on me; a rooibos tea with Echinacea and some lemon just for the hack of it (actually for the taste cause its better). It has a lot of benefits, like for your immune system, skin health, energy levels, blood pressure and for whenever you feel stressed out.
