Hey guys!
Let’s dive right in today and let’s start
with the song. At this moment I’m listening to “My Demons” by Starset, an
alternative/rock, we can call this genre space rock, from Ohio. This track has
a catchy chorus and it feels like a good melody, not over the top or overwhelming.
“Take me high and I’ll sing/ Oh you make everything ok” how doesn’t want someone
to save us but guys let’s be pragmatics, sometimes we just have to confront
what’s going on and take control of our lives.
For the tea I’m going to choose something
that has white tea because it has caffeine in it enough to give you energy for
the day but not so much that will keep you awake. I’m thinking that White
Cinnamon Sage will do the trick. It’s a combination of white tea, cinnamon and
some wisps of sage. Enjoy!
