Sometimes the world doesn’t work like we
want to and we get wrapped up in difficult situations and we starting feeling lonely
and overwhelmed. And when that happens we
might get depressed but let’s not stay in that state and do something about it,
cause we all fell like that sometimes. For me the next song does it. It’s a therapy
song from the indie pop band Bleachers called “I Wanna Get Better”. It’s a fun
and catchy with a hook that you’ll find yourself singing to it. Plus this
song helped me realize something “I didn't know I was broken/ 'Till I wanted to
change”, (and change I did :D). Maybe it will do the same for you.
Now comes the tea. This is a blend that its
design to increase your energy, lower your stress and it will help you concentrate.
It’s a mix of: black tea, yerba mate, cacao nibs, chicory
