Watching The Storm

For today I’m going to share with you a special tea called You Glow Girl (or Bro); got to say I love the name. It’s a blend crated to give you a youthful glow, help you wind down, relax and let the magic flow right thru you. It’s created from: rooibos, cinnamon, cloves, elderberries, bilberry leaf, gotu kola, sage, thyme, eleuthero root.  It’s a tea that feels like a chai and I know you like those, that will improve your state of mind and help you unwind so it’s best to drink it before bed.  

And since the tea is perfect before sleep my choice is going to be a song that will help you with nice and pleasant dreams. It’s called “Watching The Storm” and it’s from the cinematic post-rock duo from Sweden U137. This track is more of an ambient song, with a melodic background and since the drums are missing is a perfect dreamy escape. It’s a perfect sound for a lovely and relaxed night.

Daydream

Hey guys!

I was thinking that today we should slow things down and just listen to some chillout music. Something like “Daydream” by Tycho an American ambient music artist and producer. This track is a very simple and calming tune that’s progressing to something more. I think the artist made something very enjoyable and also something that when you listen to it with headphones you are going to find yourself emerge in the sound.

As for the tea I’m going to choose a herbal blend to make the experience even better. This is going to be an infusion of: ginger, thyme, orange peel, licorice root, myrtle, chamomile, blackberry leaves, rose flowers & pepper, and its called Strength. I know that for some time now I keep choosing teas with roses but I think the floral aroma that it brings could help you have a great day.

Amnesia

Hey guys!

Here in Romania winter is coming, or it’s already here and that means that sometimes we might get sick. Because of that I decided to find the perfect relief when we get in that situation. What do you guys think about Cold Chaser tea which it’s a mix of: elder leaves, linden blossoms, thyme, aniseed, fennel, rose hip peels, licorice root, blackberry leaves & wild thyme. Add some lemon and give it a try.

And when it comes to the song I choose something with a little more punch so we can have energy to chase our cold away. “Amnesia” it’s a rock, hard rock or even post-grunge track from the band Red Sun Rising. This melody is about taking life by the horns and just running with it, whatever may come “Life should be touched not choked to death”. But I’ve got to say this is my favorite lyric “Don't roll your eyes/ Take a breath”. That seems like a good advice.
