Run

Hey guys!

Guess what? Today we are going to enjoy Foo Fighters new song “Run”. It’s a little heavier than their usual track but I’ve got to say I really love it. Its starts slow and with the hook line which I adore “we run” playing on repeat. The drums and guitars follow surly after and turn this tune into something full of energy. This a nice to hear those melodic parts after thrashing and some amplified tortured soloing. I’m definitely gonna listen to this song some more, one day on repeat isn’t enough.

As for the tea, I’m choosing something that will give you energy, improve your memory and enhances physical endurance and those are the benefits from just one ingredient. The tea is called MangOrange Maté and it’s a delicious, lightly sweetened and delicately flavored. It contains: Yerba maté, orange peel, stevia leaf, orange & mango bits. What else could you wish for in a tea :D

Never Again

Hey guys!

So I was thinking that today will start by drinking a white tea, and one of my favorites. It’s blend of white tea, pomegranate, hibiscus and lemongrass. It’s a light creation of flavors that make a gentile pick-me-up. It’s a delicious combination that will give a bit of energy to carry thou the day. As for the name it’s very simple. It’s called Pomegranate White Tea :D

Now since pomegranate means rebirth I think that the song “Never Again” by Breaking Benjamin it’s the ideal choice, especially since that is what this track speaks about. I have to say, I missed listening to this post-grunge band and now that they have a new album it’s going to be hard not to reminisce about a different time in my life, but “Never again/ Time will not take the life from me”. It’s a: been there, done that track. Maybe you will enjoy it as much as I do.
