Mad About You

So today I’m going to start with the tea, something that will give us some energy but also keep us is a calm state if mind. The tea is called Ginger Aronia and it’s a mix of: ginger, cumin, anise, lemongrass, aronia berries, sage flowers, licorice root, rose petals, mint and star anise. This tea is perfect for any occasion just don’t drink excessively because even though the licorice root has a lot of benefices it has some side effects to.

Now when it comes to the song I know the perfect one just for you. It’s called “Mad About You” and it’s Koni, a German producer, featuring Danelle, a singer from LA. This track fits in the deep house, melodic house genres and I’ve got to say I fell in love with it from the first listen. It has a mellow and warm vibe to it and some very stunning lyrics. If you are in love with someone you are going to agree with the lyrics. I have a few favorites of course, like: “I feel the magic in my veins/ It's like I'm sipping a potion/ Only you can give to me” and of course because of all the things you make feel “my body is feeling kind of weak”. It’s a perfect melody that explains some of the feelings that you feel for the right person.

Poseidon

Hello!

So today is another good day, just drinking tea in my balcony and enjoying life to the fullest. Today’s choice of tea is a minty one; it energizes me and I just love the taste. So I made myself a apple mint tea, with some ice and just a bit of black tea so I can have the energy to dance thru the day :P

Right now I’m listening to a song called “Poseidon” by Neptunica, a deep house band from Germany. This track seems perfect for the weather outside, it’s like a summer breeze that has the perfect vibe, especially for this day. “Need nobody” and “What is love” keeps getting stuck in my head (maybe because that is all I can understandJ)

Imagination

Hello!

Today I started the day with a tune stuck in my head and I thought „this is something I should write about”, so that is what I’m doing right now. This song calms me down, but also keeps me pumped up (in a good way) for a period of time. It reminds me of a car ride when I was angry, and as soon as it begun, I forgot what was going on and I started feeling better.

„Imagination” by Gorgon City featuring Katy Menditta is an infectious track that makes you sing the chorus with no problems. It’s an up-tempo house song with deep house influences and Katy’s voice just goes along with it perfectly. Her deliverance of „I need you to use, use, use, use, use, use your imagination” is stunning. No wander I woke up in a good mood.

Now let’s see what tea is a match for this song. I’m thinking ginseng because it has a relaxing and soothing effect on the body. Plus it’s an herb very commonly associated with love (and that is what the song is about). Ginseng tea reduces physical and mental distress, relief from menstrual problems and reduction in obesity, improvement of digestive disorders and a boosted immune system. You can drink it for its health benefits, for the taste or to improve your mood; ginseng is perfect for all.
