Today I’m craving some green tea and because of that I’m going to drink a Jasmine Rose tea. It’s a beautiful blend of green tea, jasmine and rose petals. This is a very well balanced tea, one that accentuates all the good thing about its ingredients. It has an aroma that is easily remembered and  it can be enjoyed at any time of day.

And now for the song mu choice is “Wearing Nothing” by the Norwegian pop, indie singer Dagny. It has a funky beat, full of energy, it’s a track that will fill you up with good feelings and good vibes. Plus this song is about 2 things for me. One is literally about being naked with a certain someone because the sexual chemistry is of the charts. And the other is more about being able to share everything about you and being comfortable with that. So it’s about being as close as possible both emotionally and physically.

Remember I Told You

Today I’m in the mood for a tea full of flavors, with an amazing smell and an even better taste. And because of that I’ve search a bit and found the perfect one for my craving. It’s called Flower Garden and it’s a beautiful blend of: apple and pear pieces, pink rose buds, strawberries, raspberry, blackberry leaves, cornflowers & marigold flowers, rose petals and chamomile. It’s a perfect beverage for any hour of the day and something that you can enjoy hot or cold.

As for the song, my choice is going to be Nick Jonas’s track “Remember I Told You” featuring Anne-

Marie & Mike Posner. It’s a perfect blend of pop with R&B and electronic beats and it’s a nice summer track. It’s full of smooth vocals that intertwine and create a beautiful harmony. It’s an easy song to get stuck in your head and that might make it into a summer hit that you’ll hear everywhere you go.

Feels

Hey guys!

Today we are listening to a new single that dropped out from Calvin Harris. The song is called “Feels” and it’s a colaboration with Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, Big Sean, a lot of big names I know but it really works. It has a summer vibe, it’s very funky thanks to Pharrell and the video is extremely colorful, it feels like something you could listen to in the car on an awesome road trip, or even better next to a pool and enjoying the sun.

As for the tea, I’m thinking that an iced tea, full of fruits might be the perfect pair for the track. I found a tea that I like but we are going to mix it with some black tea because it could use a little more of a punch. This blend is called Raspberry Balsamico and it’s a combination of: apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, raisins, elderberries, juniper berries, rose petals, red currants, strawberry pieces, balsamic vinegar, blueberries, raspberries.

Million Bucks

So this weekend I had a lot of fun with new friends and different surrounding and because of that I found the perfect song to share with you. It’s from the indie pop, alternative band Smallpools and the track is called “Million Bucks” and it’s about finding your comfort zone in a strange place, being the new person in a group and feeling happy about it. Is the best way to describe my weekend. Plus the song has that summer vibe that I just can’t get enough of.

As for the song, I’m going to choose a fruity one, full of aromas and perfect for the hot weather with just a little ice. I call it the Black Plum and it’s a sweet combination of: black tea, blackberry, strawberry & raspberry leaves, lemongrass, calamus root& mallow blossoms. It a relaxing, stimulating beverage that you can enjoy it at almost any hour of the day :D

Lullaby Love

Hey you!

I know that this week might have been a hard one and because of that I’m going to let you listen to a lullaby that’s about peace. It’s by Roo Panes, an indie, folk artist form the UK, and it’s called “Lullaby Love”. It’s a mellow track that gives you a sense of calm and you can slowly find yourself in this melody. For me this song is about finding life thru settling with something, letting go of the anxiety and feeling more alive. Plus this part of the tune really resonates with me “When this heart's too old for dreaming,/ That's when I hear the angels sing your lullaby.”

And now for the tea, I’m going to share with you one of my own blends specially made for having a relaxing and calm night sleep or just unwind after a long and exhausting day. I’ve named it Peace of the Mind and it’s the perfect combination of chamomile, lavender, rose petals and bacopa.  It has an aroma and smell that will make you forget about your troubles.

Hey you!

I know that what I’m about to share with you music ways might not be exactly to your liking but I’ve got to confess that I really enjoy the new collaboration of David Guetta and Justin Bieber. The track is called “2U” and it’s a sweet and beautiful ode for a woman that merits all the pursuit and time she might request. The lyrics are stunning and makes you wanna be the girl he sings about. And this are some of my favorite lyrics “Open up your mind, clear your head/ Ain't gotta wake up to an empty bed/ Share my life, it's yours to keep/ Now that I give to you all of me, oh”.

And know for the tea my choice is going to be the red tea Chocolate Kiss. This is a very tasty blend that combines rooibos with chocolate chips, ground cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, orange peel, orange blossom, star of chocolate, pieces of beetroot, raspberry snowflake. It’s a lot of chocolate I know but for that creamy taste you deserve, a lot of chocolate is the perfect way to go.

Bury Me Face Down

Hey guys!

Right now I’m listening to “Bury Me Face Down” by the Canadian artist Grandson. His sound seems to be a variation of rock/alternative even indie with trap music, and I’ve got to say: I like that. This track is about staying firm on your feet and is supposed to give you the strength needed to survive. There’s a nothing you can say or do to me to stop me from getting where I need to be mentality to this song and that should really help you in your life, well at least sometimes :D

As for the tea, I’m choosing something that has mint and perfect for mornings. It’s a green tea called Moringa Mint and the rest of the ingredients are: mint leaves, moringa leaves, spearmint leaves, cornflower, sunflower petals. It has a smooth taste of mint and that aroma that you can’t get enough of.

Will You Ever Love Yourself

Today I thought I would lend a helping hand to those of you that have finals and exams; and I’ve create a tisane blend perfect for studying, relaxation and focusing. I’ve named it Easy Does It and it’s a simple but effective combination of: chamomile, nettle, sage and ginkgo biloba. It’s smooth, has a lovely smell and a unique taste.

As for she song, my go to genres for relaxing are classical and post-rock. And since I have the perfect post-rock track to go with the tea, “Will You Ever Love Yourself?” by Hammock is going to be my choice. It’s a slow and easy tune; it isn’t filled with exploding sounds so you won’t get worn out. Plus it has that certain something that makes me think of the end of an adventure and the beginning of another.

All Over

So this morning I was searching for some new tracks on YouTube and I came across this song that I instantly liked. It’s called “All Over” and it’s by the indie pop, surf rock band Cruisr. This is a catchy tune, it can get you pumped and it’s really fun to listen to. I found myself dancing and really enjoying this track form the start till the end and then hitting repeat and doing it all over again. Plus the video for this melody is filled with pop culture references and it fun to watch and see how many you get.

Now for the tea I’m choosing a black tea so we have enough energy to take on this day. It’s a simple blend that contains just black tea, pomegranate and blueberries, and of chorus the name is … Pomegranate Blueberry. It’s fruity, tasty & full of benefits; you can add come ice and turn it into one of the most perfect beverage you can drink in the summer heat.

Brave

Today I woke up in a really great mood, feeling loved and extremely happy about the relationships I’ve formed over the years, with my family, my friends and of course that special someone. And because of that I’m sharing with you a song that is always in my heart and it means a lot ever since one of my sisters send it to me. It’s called “Brave” and it’s by Sara Bareilles. It’s an upbeat track that has amazing lyrics that almost always resonates with me. It’s about being brave and we all need to be when it comes to our lives, in any kind of situation.

As for the tea, I’m going to choose an infusion called Love Paradise. It’s a simple blend composed of rooibos, arabic coffee, cinnamon, orange peel, saffron petals. It will give you energy with a sweet and aromatic taste. It’s delicious no matter if you serve it hot or with some ice. Perfect for mornings or late afternoons and for those that enjoy coffee this it’s going to make a new, great edition for that mix.

Love Is A Bitch

So today I am listening to “Love Is A Bitch” by Two Feet an indie, jazz even blues artist. This is a song that you can listen to when you are alone and just enjoy the beat and life with the amazing lyrics. The raspy voice and the instrumental break just make this tune even better. Plus “Your mama says I'm a fool/ And yeah, maybe that's true 'cause I can't stop thinkin' 'bout you” and then when the instrumental break comes is my favorite part.

And for the tea, I’m going to choose a fruit one perfect for this summer days and with a little bit of ice might be the greatest beverage you can enjoy. It’s called Mandarin Mimosa and it’s a blend made of: apple pieces, lemongrass, mandarin, mango, marigold petals, orange peels, papaya pieces, pineapple piece and strawberry (if you like this kind of berries).

The Other Side

Today I am listening to Ruelle’s new track “The Other Side”. This is more of a slow, sad-ish song that has that certain something. It’s a hunting and mesmerizing tune with her beautiful, powerful voice and that piano playing. I’ve got to say thru all the emotion of the melody, this have to be my favorite lyrics: “I don't want to know what it's like to live without you/ Don't want to know the other side of a world without you”

As for the tea, I’m thinking that something that has lavender might be the perfect pairing. And I’ve found the perfect blend; it’s called Lavender Crème Herbal Tea. The tea is a perfect combination of: cocoa nibs, rooibos, fig pieces, cocoa shells, caramel pieces, cardamom, lavender flowers, and marigold petals. You can add some vanilla to this mixture too and it might even make it better.

Teenage Fantasy

Hello!

I was thinking that today me might enjoy something refreshing and smooth, something that will give you a surge of flavors. Because of that my choice is going to be Beach Bellini Herbal Tea. It’s composed by a sweet and tropical wave of ingredients, like: apple pieces, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces, mango pieces, tangerine slices, apple slices, physalis, rose buds and petals. With just a little ice it tastes like a splash of summer sunshine and if you add a little Champagne like the classic cocktail from which is inspired you will have a celebration of bubbles.

And for the song, I’m picking “Teenage Fantasy” by the UK’s songwriter Jorja Smith. It’s a laid back track, filled with jazz and R&B influences that are wrapped in with a nice bow by her powerful and soulful voice. The track is about questioning a romantic choice: “I was told by my mother,/ If I look into the future,/ Do I really see this boy,/ That I think I’ve fallen for?". Plus apparently she wrote this song when she was 16 (now she 20) and the track features humming recorded while Smith was babysitting at that age.

The Devil You Know

Today we are listening to “The Devil You Know” by the indie, alternative band X Ambassadors. This is a very simple song when you look at the lyrics, but it’s a quite an addicting one with influences of blues, a little R&B and maybe some hip-hope cause that is their stile. It’s a fun track that will get stuck in your head for days with those guitar riffs, strong, heart-driving drumming and bass lines. Plus it feels like a song you should listen when you are getting ready for a night out, it will definitely get you pumped.

As for the tea I’m going to choose a chai tea so we can get the energy we need today. It’s one of my blends I call it the Red & Black Chai and it’s a combination of:  black tea, rooibos, cinnamon, cardamom, aniseed, ginger pieces, black pepper, cloves and some rose petals for an even greater aroma. It’s a spice beverage that gives you a fragrant synchronization in a cup.

Periscope

Today we are diving right in and we are starting with the song. I’m listening to “Periscope” by Papa Roach featuring Skylar Grey and I have to say till yesterday I didn’t like this track but something change and now I’m really enjoying it. This song seems to be about an unrequited love, either within a relationship or out of one. It’s a more melodic tune, somehow moody and not that heavily based beat that use to fill us in their previous work. Plus after a few listens you will start to feel that infectious sound that fills the atmosphere.

As for the tea, I’m choosing something that will give you a little energy and frees your spirit. It’s called Samurai Chai Maté and it’s a blend composed of: green maté, rooibos, cinnamon, pineapple & papaya pieces, orange peels, lemongrass, aniseed, coriander and cardamom. This is a sweet and spicy infusion that embodies the way of the warrior, a combination to help you face every new day samurai-style :D.

My Mistakes Were Made For You

Today I’m enjoying a rooibos tea with fruits that has a sweet aroma that make you think of perfect summer memories. The name of this tea is Blueberry Bliss and it’s a great combination of: green rooibos, blueberries, raisins, beetroot pieces, hibiscus flowers, rose-hip peels, rooibos and black currants. This is something that is easily enjoyed at any time of day with or without ice.

Because the tea has such wonderful aromas I’m going to pair it up with The Last Shadow Puppets song “My Mistakes Were Made For You”. This is a beautiful song co-written by Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys and Miles Kane of The Rascals. For me this is quite an amazing song that I really feel dawn to it, with the orchestral instrumental, those interesting lyrics and Alex’s voice that seems to perfectly binds everything together.

Run

Hey guys!

Guess what? Today we are going to enjoy Foo Fighters new song “Run”. It’s a little heavier than their usual track but I’ve got to say I really love it. Its starts slow and with the hook line which I adore “we run” playing on repeat. The drums and guitars follow surly after and turn this tune into something full of energy. This a nice to hear those melodic parts after thrashing and some amplified tortured soloing. I’m definitely gonna listen to this song some more, one day on repeat isn’t enough.

As for the tea, I’m choosing something that will give you energy, improve your memory and enhances physical endurance and those are the benefits from just one ingredient. The tea is called MangOrange Maté and it’s a delicious, lightly sweetened and delicately flavored. It contains: Yerba maté, orange peel, stevia leaf, orange & mango bits. What else could you wish for in a tea :D

Life’s What You Make It

Hello!

Today we are listening to Placebo’s take of “Life’s What You Make It” by Talk Talk. I usually have a love/hate relationship with this band but today just felt like something that I can really enjoy. The track feels a lot like the original but with some little twists, Placebo managed to put their own spin on it and turn it into something more modern and more recognizable with Brian Molko’s vocal. Its dynamic has lots distorted basses and all other thing fans of the band are used

And for the tea, let’s enjoy a green one that might help with inner peace and giving a new start to your body. It’s called Organic Cleanse and it contains: green tea, orange peel, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, senna, cocoa nibs, and pomegranate. This will boost you energy levels, help with blood circulation and it has a divine taste that I especially can’t get over.

Noon Moon

Hey guys!

I have a feeling that today is going to be a hot day and because of that I think that some iced tea might do us some good. We are going to need something refreshing and light that could give us some energy to face the weather. I’m thinking that Lemon Ginseng Green Ice will do the trick since it contains the perfect amount of caffeine.  It’s a blend of: green tea, lemon myrtle & eleuthero root (the Siberian ginseng).

As for the track, I’m choosing a Romanian artist especially since we haven’t listen to any of them and they are so close to home:)).  The song is called “Noon Moon” and it’s by the idm (or Intelligent Dance Music), electronic, trip-hop music composer Silent Strike. This is a slow and easy to listen melody that just keeps you relax and makes you enjoy life just a little more. It can easily be made into a background sound when you’re lying on grass looking at the sky. That’s about it for today, now…

Doom Mons

Hey guys!

Today seems like it’s going to be a great day, at least for me. I have here some of my favorite people in the world ready to conquer the city. And we are listening to Hubris post-rock track “Doom Mons”. It’s a sweet and relaxing song that seems to tell you a story with the entire instrumental dynamic. A great melody that you can feel drawn to it and just let it all flow.

As for the tea am choosing the Chocolate Earl Grey cause it seems like the perfect fit. Not too much coffee but I could always energize you. The blend is made of: cacao powder, Assam black tea, orange peel, bergamot oil and ginger. Also the sweet bergamot and orange notes harmonize with the chocolate and makes it into a perfect blend that you can enjoy at any time.

One Of Us

Hey guys!

Today we are going to celebrate friendship, love & unity with an anthem coming from the indie, rock, alternative band New Politics. Their track is called “One Of Us” and it’s happy and sweet, filled with cute lyrics and it has a certain something that reminds me of Queens.  Plus it feels like a summer song you can listen to on a drive around the world :D

Now for the tea I’m choosing something more spice and energizing. It’s called All Summer Long witch is a combination of: pieces of apple, lemongrass, pieces of ginger, juniper berries, lemon peel and dried cucumber slices. It’s a beverage that can lift you spirit and also refresh you.
